Wella Health works to aggregate healthcare demand and supply, using technology to match these efficiently. On the demand-side, their offering consists of micro-insurance plans, while on the supply-side, their offering consists of aggregating healthcare service providers via pharmacies.
- Micro-insurance plans: Partner with AXA to create and design micro-health plans that cover healthcare services that can be delivered in pharmacy settings. Customers in need of healthcare services are connected to an aggregate network of pharmacy partners who are able to deliver these services. An additional telemedicine feature leverages technology to deliver care to patients remotely.
- Pharmacy network: Have aggregated 1300 pharmacies (with signed agreements and onboarding trainings to standardize quality of care) and enabled them with technology to allow users to place direct requests for healthcare services with these pharmacies. Patients who receive prescriptions from remote consultations on the Reliance HMO platform are able to select from this list of pharmacies to fulfil their prescriptions and coordinate pick-up. Wella Health manages the patient routing, fulfilment and payment processes on behalf of the pharmacies in the network.
