Afya Rekod is a multi-function health data platform built for patients and hospitals. It leverages AI and blockchain technology to ensure the mobility of health data. For providers, the platform has multiple functionalities: hospital management, patient management, and inventory management. For patients, the platform enables the recording of health data and provides access to medical records in real-time from hospitals using the Afya Rekod software. Patients can access this data via an app. Additionally, the platform aggregates information on pharmacies, and enables patients to find pharmacies near their location. Using the app, patients can then contact the pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions or request for pharmaceutical products. Patients then either organize to have the products delivered to them or pick them up at the pharmacy.
